Delivery/Terms and Conditions

Each item is individually made to order so therefore delivery times for large orders will be between 2-3 weeks, in some urgent cases quicker. All other orders will be express delivery which will be 5-6 working days.

We will email you when your goods have been dispatched and upon request you will be provided with a tracking number. We are not responsible for deliveries which have been delayed by force majeure or deliveries where the delivery address given was incorrect. We aim to provide our clients with the best possible customer experience. If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to return or exchange it please let us know. The product can be exchanged or refunded (Excluding shipping and taxes) as long as the product is in its original condition and is shipped back within 14 working days of receipt of product(s).
